This privacy policy applies to The Gym Manager mobile application created for gym owners and managers. The app is designed with a privacy-first, local-storage architecture: your data never leaves your device unless you explicitly choose to back it up.

1. Data Collection and Storage

All personal data about your gym members — including names, phone numbers, attendance records, and payment history — is stored locally on your device using an internal SQLite database. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of this information on external servers.

2. Google Drive Backups

The app offers an optional feature to back up your database to your personal Google Drive account. When you sign in with Google:

• The app requests permission to access a specific folder in your Drive solely for uploading and restoring database backup files.
• We do not access, view, or read your other Google Drive files.
• We do not transmit this data to any third-party servers — the transfer happens directly between your device and your Google Account.

3. Third-Party Services

The app does not use third-party analytics trackers, advertising SDKs, or external databases that harvest user information.

4. Biometric Security

The app offers an optional biometric lock (Fingerprint or Face ID). This relies entirely on your device's native operating system to verify your identity. The app does not collect, store, or transmit your biometric data.

5. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app and on this page.
